Founded with the optimism that any space has the potential to become a great piece of architecture, Jo Architecture is an architectural design studio based in Brooklyn, New York, providing full architectural design services. Our mission is to serve the public and offer a positive impact on the public. We seek a simple design solution to solve the complex problems of your projects with effective collaboration efforts between passionate designers, engineers, builders, and clients. Daekyung Jo

Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, Daekyung came all the way to America with a dream to become an architect. After studying architecture at Hong-Ik University and Harvard University, Daekyung worked on various types of projects that include commercial, residential, cultural, and institutional projects while working at Ennead Architects, Toshiko Mori Architects, SOM, Rogers Marvel Architects, and Herzog & de Meuron prior to founding Jo Architecture. Daekyung is a registered architect in NY, NJ, and MD and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
